[劇情簡介]：
21世紀的未來世界，有關當局多年來一直進行秘密研究，終於製成全世界第一部時空穿梭機。特種部隊精英項少龍(古天樂飾)，機智過人，身手不凡，千挑萬選之下，他被選中成為首位穿梭時空的實驗者。
項少龍準備展開他的劃時代的旅程，回到2000多年前戰國時代的中國，秦王嬴政登基那年的咸陽城。誰知時空穿梭機在運行當中突然發生故障，項少龍被送到秦王嬴政登基前一年的趙國。項少龍孤身流落趙國，為了可以回到未來，他決定不顧一切找到嬴政，助其建立一番偉大功業。當時，嬴政(林峰飾)尚未繼位，仍在趙國被軟禁，過著人質一樣的生活。
