e & R b Track #3 and #2 below for a bit of The Shazam. But there抯 so much here for
vgAFuQi( *all* pop fans. Yes, The Shazam, Matthew Sweet, The Replacements(at their
Cuv|6t75 ' finest!), The Grays(track #1 below), Terry Anderson or Bill Lloyd(Track #6) and
XhA4:t plenty of more of that where this comes from! Pope started this out seeking the
B5`;MQJ help of others with this solo reach, but scheduled proved to be tough with
rr )/`Kmv% buddies and he ended up playing all the instruments here ?to its great credit,
u){S$</ it sounds like a band at work here there抯 so much connection of the instruments
~U%j{8uH to the material. Big 憃le Talent? You betcha ?in spades.

kf K[u/<i here but there really isn't any filler. Opener "Sky Burn Down" lets you know

ad infectious barnburner which recalls both Matthew Sweet and The Who in places,

rKI RNc#d Crown territory. "The Only Thing I've Got" also clocks in around 2 minutes, and
2 4X=5Aj has a definite Alex-Chilton-by-way-of-Paul-Westerberg vibe. Other standouts

/ include the aching Jon Brionesque pop of "Only One You", the jangly "Footpath",
yHOqzq56 the bright Americana-influenced "Little Things", and "Reason With You", another
