簡介：
惡霸奸人堅（黃子華 飾）是廣州旗下街的一霸，他雖然不學無術，但仗著奸詐的腦袋，多年來聚集起一衆無賴，橫行旗下街。這日奸人堅打著“打敗廣東十虎黃麒英”的招牌招搖過市時，被初來廣州的黃飛鴻（林嘉華 飾）見到，爲了幫父親出口氣，飛鴻教訓了奸人堅一頓，令奸人堅好不丟臉。隨後，奸人堅爲了爭回一口氣，偷走了飛鴻父親黃麒英的神位，並在再次挑戰飛鴻時用它來作擋箭牌威脅他，終于打敗了飛鴻出了一口惡氣，而飛鴻則被衆人認爲是懦夫。
　　警察廳廳長認爲旗下街的一間姑婆屋檔了他的官運，欲除之而後快，于是找來奸人堅幫他去收回姑婆屋。姑婆屋的主人是剛才南洋歸來的阿翠（葉童 飾），這是她買來供一班姑婆們養老用的。奸人堅用盡辦法和阿翠鬥氣都沒有拿到姑婆屋的屋契，于是，一條毒計又誕生了
