簡介：
鼎福和豆品廠總管蕭秀瓊，一直守護着這個傳統行業；王兆明加入廠房推行革新，卻得不到秀瓊認同。二人於公司業務上處處針對，水火不容。兆明重遇兒時玩伴司徒嵐，二人互生情愫並火速進入談婚論嫁階段，豈料司徒嵐正是秀瓊的獨生女兒！秀瓊愛女心切，只好接受婚事，與兆明約法三章協議「停戰」。然而，秀瓊、兆明每天日夕相處，工作與生活上經常出現磨擦，令這對外母與女婿的關係逐漸步入水深火熱之中……
