【劇情簡介】：
本劇講述一群來自香港不同階層的年輕人，各自懷著不同原因，遠離忙碌煩囂的香港大都會，來到武當山上，追隨兩位甚有個人風格的男女武當高手學習武術，一起過著平和恬靜的生活，從而認識到充滿人生智慧的道家思想。經過幾個月的學習，這群年輕人除了學到博大精深的武當功夫、彼此建立起深厚友誼之外，更從道家精神中對人生有了更深入的體會，因而幫助他們擺脫了上山之前所背負著的沈重包袱、解開了一直困擾著他們的種種心結，得以重拾信心，勇敢地繼續面對眼前的人生大道。與此同時，一個隱藏於眾人之間的秘密竟被揭開，使眾人彼此之間的友誼和信念面對著嚴峻的考驗。
