K+8f- R2Lq??XA= Nadine Sutherland's newest album was launched at the Grogge Shop in Devon House on May 22nd, by Eight76 Records. The album, Call My Name, was inspired by real-life events with at least ten of fifteen tracks on the album co-written by Nadine.
B 74 3m~,6mQ Music industry veteran and judge of Rising Stars competition, Clyde McKenzie, hosted the launch. In the quaint, historical setting of Devon House, McKenzie introduced a number of distinguished guests who spoke about Nadine's extensive contribution to the reggae fraternity.
Q[FDk63;w wc#k@"2AZb Considered by fans and critics alike to be the premier Jamaican female vocalist of her generation, she made her stage debut at the age of nine as a winner of Jamaica's popular Tastees Talent Contest. As an adolescent, Sutherland was signed to International reggae superstar Bob Marley's Tuff Gong label and thirty years later she still remains a rarity.
