you can try using Winavi and convert to MPEG 2 format 9?~K"+-SI  
and then you need to compose the dvd file using software name TMPGENC DVD author (make sure you found the version 1, version 3 above no good) :Z'q1kW@"  
after that, burn to dvd using the burning ability inside the dvd author, q VcZF7
