wash your white soft fish and pat dry ( can substitute the sole for another fish such as cod, or tilepia, or whiting etc) make sure fish is dried then spread flavored miso mixture on top (can be generous but keep in mind miso is very salty) 51`&%V{daL

Put in 400 degree oven and bake for 10 mins...take out of oven and rest for 5 mins and serve with rice or pasta with your choice of steamed or blanched veggie. v3aPHf
