2 Paris and New York. During her time in Paris her musical

T9P u V ? `# Shortly after giving birth to her son Nile, she recorded
&0@AM_b her first album Joyful in January 2006 in the New York
?rububDT{ Sony studio. The whole disc was recorded in just five
)'t&LWS~ days under live conditions, with a group of musicians
NiH.Pv)Oa' organized by her producer Jay Newland. The album was
#N|A@B5 x released in June 2006 in Europe and Korea and in November
5!^?H"#c 2007 in the United States and Japan.
(W $> !1~ TInp6w+u At the end of 2007 Ayo. started a concert tour through
Y \7/`ty Germany and the United States. On her American tour she
aboA9pwH performed with Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds. On 10 January
YH$whJ`W0 2008 she appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman,
w,zgYX& and on January 26, 2008 the Late Late Show with Craig
KH76Vts Ferguson, performing her song Down on My Knees. In June
]Saw}agE[% 2008 the singer started her second tour through the
[%BWCd8Q~P United States and Canada.
uz e5u \ Je; HAhL On 10 March 2008 Ayo. started recording on her second
}q[IhjD% album Gravity At Last at the Compass Point Studios in
U10: @Wzh Nassau on the Island of New Providence, The Bahamas. She
{}v<2bS is co-producing the album with Jay Newland. Her band
}VXZM7@u includes Keith Christopherson (bass), Larry Campbell
I)cA:Ip (guitars and other string instruments), Lucky Peterson
^>!~%Vv7! (keyboards), Sherrod Barnes (guitar/vocals) and Jermaine
,zH\&D $>u Parrish (drums). The album with 13 tracks written and
)u(Dq u\t composed by the singer was recorded in only 5 days and
bmGtYv will be released at the end of September 2008 by
Eg|C Universal Music France.
