a {x3FQ u^MRKLn Shortly after giving birth to her son Nile, she recorded
6`6 / 2C$% her first album Joyful in January 2006 in the New York
pl[@U<8aw Sony studio. The whole disc was recorded in just five
)\D{5 j days under live conditions, with a group of musicians
>r\GB#\5 organized by her producer Jay Newland. The album was
x'\C'zeF released in June 2006 in Europe and Korea and in November
F7j/Zuj 2007 in the United States and Japan.
1,h:| 2 z#S| $ At the end of 2007 Ayo. started a concert tour through
sG_/E-%5' Germany and the United States. On her American tour she
- G/qfd|s/ performed with Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds. On 10 January
R@pY+d9qp 2008 she appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman,
<)!,$]S and on January 26, 2008 the Late Late Show with Craig
})70S8k Ferguson, performing her song Down on My Knees. In June

+\ 2008 the singer started her second tour through the
q1eMK'1 United States and Canada.
AIn/v`JeX #| ,cy,v4 On 10 March 2008 Ayo. started recording on her second
[PUu9rz# album Gravity At Last at the Compass Point Studios in
Mh~}RA"H Nassau on the Island of New Providence, The Bahamas. She
.1;UEb|T is co-producing the album with Jay Newland. Her band
=z" +)N includes Keith Christopherson (bass), Larry Campbell
u<cnz% @ (guitars and other string instruments), Lucky Peterson
9`N5$;NzY (keyboards), Sherrod Barnes (guitar/vocals) and Jermaine
_9 '_w& Parrish (drums). The album with 13 tracks written and
