I obtained this receipe visiting China's country side when I toured China about 8 yrs ago. Hope you will like this receipe as much as my family does. M(S{1|,V >4'21,q r,nn~ in a large soup bowl put in 3 large eggs. and whip till well blended. m|dF30~A 7ukDS] boil some water until the water gets very warm. (* not boiling hot but beyond warm) I want the temp. of the water to be about when you take a very hot shower. Reason: this will get the eggs to start cooking even before it goes into the wok. y''V"Be '%Dg{ zL pour this very warm water into the eggs until the large bowl is full. and mix well with some oil and salt added for flavor.
lt%-m@#/ S ljZ~x,! prepare quickly for a wok and a steamer rack... put in some cold water, put the large bowl of egg mixture into the wok while the water is cold then turn fire on and steam for about 20 mins or unto the center of the egg is not raw anymore. AzX(~Qc DZAH"sb if desire then pour some flavored soy sauce on top of the cooked egg. ^V,@=QL3U 2$Y3[$ so yummie, simple...prepare in 5 mins... simply, healthy and yummie!!!
