in a large soup bowl put in 3 large eggs. and whip till well blended. Bwxd&;E

boil some water until the water gets very warm. (* not boiling hot but beyond warm)   I want the temp. of the water to be about when you take a very hot shower.   Reason: this will get the eggs to start cooking even before it goes into the wok.   x 9fip-

pour this very warm water into the eggs until the large bowl is full. and mix well with some oil and salt added for flavor. lL3U8}vn

prepare quickly for a wok and a steamer rack...   put in some cold water, put the large bowl of egg mixture into the wok while the water is cold then turn fire on and steam for about 20 mins or unto the center of the egg is not raw anymore. CA~-rv

I had steamed eggs all my life but the little difference in this receipe makes a whole lot of difference.     You know how usually the eggs would stick to the bowl after steaming...this doesn't... {P#|zp4C{

i think there's a different between ''steam'' and ''stew''.. the egg dish that you had is very soft and taste like tofu pudding was stewed slowly, not steamed... 3n}?bY8@5_  
usually steamed eggs is a dish for meal, and stew is for dessert.

steam steam steam...hehehe for meal....hint: soy sause...kekeke not for desert! but definately soft like pudding...but it's steamed for dinner
