故事大纲

狱血姊妹花 背叛由牺牲开始
富家小姐炎沛湖（苏玉华饰）披嫁衣前被控谋杀养母入狱，碰巧相遇自幼失散担任教化官的妹妹苏菲（唐宁饰），连带与大家姐江丽雅（田蕊妮饰）重拾姊妹情，雅与菲更

齐心为湖洗脱罪名四处奔走。可惜事与愿违，雅与男友言亮（陈锦鸿饰）诞下儿子后得知自己身患绝症，铤而走险替湖顶罪入狱，菲只好独力追查，却赫然发现雅之绝症报

告原来是湖的预谋，菲难以接受亲姊的所作所为…菲为免雅白受冤狱，竟知法犯法帮雅密谋逃狱，湖为斩草除根对雅赶尽杀绝，却拖累至爱丈夫张至凯（黄智贤饰）家破人

亡悔疚不已，湖三姊妹命途安危从此悬系铁窗内外…
